| J. Michael Cloyd, CPA, PFS, CVA, MST, Has more than 20 years experience as a certified public accountant. He has specialized in the representation of small, medium and large sized closely head businesses, in the areas of income tax planning and preparation, estate and gift tax planning and preparation, personal financial planning, and business consulting. He has represented many taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service with respect to income, gift and estate tax issues, including working with IRS engineers regarding valuation issues, preparation of business valuation and expert testimony. He has also had years of experience auditing electric cooperatives and construction companies. Mike is active in the professional organizations, which provide training and standard setting for CPA's who perform business valuations and financial planning. Mike is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, including being a member of AICPA's personal financial planning division, a member of Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of The National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master's of Science Degree in taxation. Mike's licenses include series 6, 7, and 63 securities licenses and life and life and health insurance licenses. Mike is past president of the London Rotary Club and a graduate of Anthony Robbins Mastery University. |

He is heavily involved in business consulting, and the firms newly established business development division. Jack has more than 30 years experience in representing clients with all types of tax assessments and tax issues before the Internal Revenue Service. Not only has he handled numerous civil cases, but he has been involved with, and worked closely with attorneys in criminal cases as well. Jack is an advisor and consultant to many companies of all types on both business and tax matters. Also, he serves on the Board of Directors of several for profit corporations. Jack has been a frequent speaker on both income and estate tax changes and tax issues. He has served on the Board of Directors of numerous civic and not for profit organizations. He is a past president of the Corbin Rotary Club, where he has been a member for more than 30 years. Jack is a Certified Valuation analyst and does business valuations along with other partners and members of the firm. |
